Larissa Tyagi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Theora (formerly Louiza Labs, YC S25), which builds analyst-grade AI for biopharma — datasets and high-fidelity training environments, including de-identified EHR/PACS data, that teach AI agents how real-world medicine is practiced. Tyagi previously worked as a software engineer at Apple and holds dual degrees in computer/information systems and business from Carnegie Mellon University.
